Trust terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Moraph Trust Center (trust.moraph.com): reading Moraph’s published security and assurance information, asking questions, and requesting and reviewing confidential materials.
Reviewer accounts
Reviewer accounts are for people evaluating, auditing or supervising Moraph or a Moraph customer, or working with Moraph as a customer or partner. Tell us accurately who you are, which organization you represent and why you need the materials.
Confidential materials
Confidential materials are shared only after Moraph approves a request, and only under the confidentiality terms shown when you request them (or a signed agreement between your organization and Moraph). Access ends on the date Moraph sets. Each download is recorded with your name, the time and the document version, and files carry your name in their file names.
Published information
The public pages describe Moraph’s practices in general terms. Commitments to a particular client are set in that client’s agreement with Moraph, which takes precedence.
Your account
Accounts are for one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Your information
We use what you give us here to run the service and to work with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a signed agreement between your organization and Moraph covers the same subject, the agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access accounts or information that aren't yours, probe or disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful. To report a security problem, see our vulnerability disclosure policy.
